My Question or Issue

I am getting a blank screen when I try to open the app ,but other functions such as search work fine. I tried a clean reinstall ,but even that did not work. Screenshot attached

Thanks for writing about this in the Community, for adding a screenshot, and for doing a clean reinstall! Sorry for the belated reply.

Since the clean reinstall alone didn't fic it, you could try going to:

1. Mobile Settings> Apps> Spotify> Permissions. Allow everything you see there.
2. Mobile settings> Apps> Spotify> Battery> Optimize battery usage> select top All (not optimized for apps)> Spotify> disable.
3. Last step - restart the phone.
