Hey @fcrma,

Thanks for writing in the Community about this and sorry for the belated reply! 

Please keep in mind that if something like this happens the first step is to do a clean reinstall. 

You could also do this: 

1. Mobile Settings> Apps> Spotify> Permissions. Allow everything you see there.
2. Mobile settings> Apps> Spotify> Battery> Optimize battery usage> select top All (not optimized for apps)> Spotify> disable.
3. Last step - restart the phone.
