can't download content to my android device?!

used the old version, content just won't download, if I select the item in the desktop app it shows "1 of xyz" with the highlighting for the space it will take and then it jsut dissapears, no error given. I then tried to install the beta app to see if that fixes it, nope, same thing.

I just can't get it to download the content to my device!

so frustrating, I'm going to lower my subscription package, no Blackberry app, offline content does not work, and after a year of no updated Android app the beta does not seem to fix any issues that people have.

oh, now I see the problem, Spotify thinks I'm offline when I'm actually connected, so it won't even stream songs, even if my desktop app sees the device, so I'm assuming spotify won't work over the wifi network for some reason.

log out, delete ALL the spotify files from the SD card, log back in, Sync one playlist at a time, working so far.

ugh.

When you say "delete all spotify files from the SD card", which files are those? I'm having trouble and hoping your solution will help.
