can't turn off the shuffle button.

hey, guys. 

I've been a Spotify premium user for a few weeks and I still have this problem on my phone only. whenever I want to turn off the shuffle function it advertises to get premium and doesn't allow me to turn the shuffle function off. 

The final image is proof that I do have premium. ( The ability to download songs for offline use)

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

did it work?

My son has the exact same problem. He already had a free account and now we got a family premium account and I added him. Everything seems to work except that he just can't switch off shuffle!!

What to do?

hey, sorry for the late response. It did work jaja, just had to uninstall the app and reinstall it and woala back in business.
