Mi cuenta es semi premium

Ayer active la cuenta familiar premium, y me dejo descargar mis canciones pero cuando le quiero cambiar o poner modo aleatorio me dice que esas opciones solo son para usuarios con cuenta premium. Me llego mi recibo de cobro y todo.
