Expanded notification menu different without bigger cover

I have a Note 3 With the latest update and Lollipop 5.0. That menu used to be normal once. Reinstalling the app didn't work, is it for some update requiring newer OSes?

video ads not available if paused and come back to

When the video ad option comes up if it is paused for a short while the options to watch the video ad disappeares. It also happens sometimes if the screen is off before the option should appear.

Downloaded music. Spotify not showing it.
