Mobile data went nuts

Spotify used 3GB of my mobile data in 2 days. I was not listening to anything and my settings are set to download only via wi-fi. Does anyone know what is going on??

Skip not working with premium

I just purchased premium and every time I try to skip it gives me a pop up that says "get premium" even though I already have it. I've logged out and then logged back in and even restarted my phone. Please help!

Deleted Songs

Hi, I have spotify premium and have many songs downloaded. However the past week, my downloaded songs only stay on my device for around 1 day and then all of a sudden, they go shaded and won't let me play them offline? Any tips?

Offline mode not working

I have an Samsung Galaxy S5. Using Spotify on Android 6 Marshmallow. Offline mode does not work. Even if I go into settings and turn on offline modus. The songs simply don't start to play without internet turned on.

It's acting weird

My Spotify is acting like it's premium but I have a limit number of skips and I already used the free trial and didn't put my credit card information in when I looking around on the premium account sign up thing when I was bored? Whats wrong with it?
