change of sequence in personal playlists

Hello,

I can not believe it, is it true that it is not possible to change the sequence of songs on Android devices (App)???

I mean every music player you can download for free is able to do it!

It must be possible as it is mandatory to have it for my opinion, please let me know how to do it.
