data saver won't turn off

hello all,

this is a new issue for me..

I'm using spotify premium in many devices, 

but i just discovered that my data saver is always on, it won't turn off.. 

recently used devices is google pixel 2 xl and one plus 6.. both is android pie 9.0..

i tried more than 10 times but the data saver is still on, no matter i use cellular or wifi.. 

i need to stream higher quality, is this a bug or what?

if it's a bug please fix it soon.

Same issue here! Tried everything to turn it off but it won't.
