deleted all my playlists

I had a number of playlists originally imported from iTunes, to which I have been adding tracks from spotify.

today I kept getting my music interrupted by some other device with music I did not own (as though it were hacked but nothing else was affected).
I tried to restore my playlists but it has only recovered most of - but not all - my spotify-only playlists.
how can I recover all of my playlists?
