Arcade fire ticket add freezing spotify

I have a free account and i know there are adds. But whenever the new arcade fire ticket add comes on it has no sound and doesnt end. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app which worked until the add popped up again. It just goes on with no sound even after the 30 seconds

What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you using? Also, does this only happen with this ad?
