the shuffle button not working well while using windows, whenever i put my playlist on shuffle it stops working, please help me get rid of this issue, i have got a website where i post very motivational songs using spotify so thats why i want spotify to resolve this problem my link to website is :love songs

Let's start with removing any possible corrupt cache files. You can do that by following these instructions - a clean reinstall of the app.

If that doesn't do the trick, would you mind providing us a recording so that we can have a closer look directly from your end?
