eliminating sudden all songs

Hello, I am writing because I have problems with Spotify.
I have an honor 8 and 2 months I completely blocks the application, close to task manager and when I opened the application, all saved music was canceled. You have a solution? thank you

That's odd you're having issues with your saved music.

Just to confirm, all tracks are missing or just some? In which devices and Spotify versions they're missing on? You can still see your playlists?

Thanks for your answer. I have an honor 8 spotify updated with the latest version. Spotify gives me problems with bluetooth (spotify I get stuck and I have to restart it). Once after that I rebooted, spotify I had eliminated all the songs (2700 songs). I read on google that many have problems with bluetooth
