fail to display page when trying to log in using facebook

I used to use spotify on my iPhone 5 all the time, recently it got stolen and now im using a sony experia LT15i. when i try to log in via facebook ( like i have always done) it goes to the browser and immediately says that the web page is unavailable. i dont even get to type my user name and password. i have tried to log in using my dads newer sony experia model and it works just fine ?? please help me someone life without spotify sucks big time
