group sessions

group sessions

i cant seem to join group sessions.

whenever i try to join a group session, i receive a pop-up stating that the session is full, despite its maximum capacity of 6 listeners and the session only containing 3 people (with the creator of the session included) i've restarted my device, cleared the cache of the app and even tried reinstalling it, but to no avail i still cant join the sessions.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this.

 

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a regular one?

 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account in your phone to check if the issue persists with a different account?
