Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out!

The 'Clear queue' button is visible when you have manually queued up any library items and it appears right next to "Next in queue":

More info about that can be found here.

In case your issue persists after this, doublecheck if your Autoplay setting is still off. Toggle it on and off again just in case and try the troubleshooting steps listed below. See how the app behaves after each one and let us know if they've made a difference:

  • Restart your device;
  • Log out of the app and back in;
  • Clear your app's cached data;
  • Install a new fresh copy of the app by following these exact steps for a complete clean reinstall.

Should the issue persist, we'd like to know if it occurs only when you're playing songs in your vehicle or outside of it as well.
You can also share with us your device's make & model, its OS version and your Spotify app version, as well as the way you connect your phone to the car (Bluetooth, Android Auto, etc.).

Many thanks! We'll be on the lookout for your reply 🙂
