how to play spotify when its offline?

hi, i have a samsung note 3 phone and im (as you can see) a free user of spotify.

so when i attempt to play one of my offline playlists on spotify with no wifi and data, spotify was offline. so i tried to figure out how to load up my offline playlist that ive downloaded, but its nowhere to be seen!

im about to go traveling on an airplane friday and id really like to resolve this soon!

please any help would be appreciated!

Erm....offline listening needs a premium subscription.
