loosing saved music, what to do...

When I save more music, albums, songs etc. to my account. It dissapear after a while, even if I dosen't  log out or anythin else...

Anyone got som solutions??? Note that I uses 2 mobile phones, Motorola X and windows pc.

I have saved multiple albums multiple times. I have restarted my phone and then saved it, double checked, and then the next time I use the program it is not in my saved music. This is very frustrating.

On another note, attempting to get help with these issues by having to come here is terrible customer service. This is definitely an issue that would have me consider using another service.

Suggest a reliable replacement please so I can look into a trial. I cant accept have music deleted every time i restart my phone.
