I made steps to change the storage to sd, but continues storing in the phone internal memory.

It has more space in SD than in internal memory.
Correct this please.

You did everything including a fresh install and taking out the SD previously, correct?

yes I did, but in android applications shows 3,61gb used by spotify.
in link2sd app, shows Data(ext.) 3.61gb in internal memory, no external.
the cache too.

the path of data in internal memory is /data/media/0/Android/data/com.spotify.music.

Hmm....follow the steps outlined here. If you already did all of that, post your specs in an email to support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form. 

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.

Also - keep in mind that Spotify automatically syncs to the storage with the most available space. So you want to verify that your external has more space than the internal.
