my playlists dont work

today i have already got my premiun spotifu in my kobile and i have paid ten euros. the i tried this application at home and it worked very well. then i wen out and put the music on abd i realised that the music did not work as well as it hadm the songs were interrupted all the time. and the playlists did not downloaded. could someone help me about this issue? thanks

When at home were you on wifi? When you are out are you streaming over the mobile data connection? If the connection is not good then this would be a problem - you could try lowering the streaming quality or downloading your playlists before you leave the house
