Just to confirm, is this only happening on your phone or on other devices as well? We'd also like to know if it works fine while using a different internet connection. 

On another note, could you let us know if this has always happened or if it started happening after a specific event such as an update?

Lastly, it's well worth running a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
