spotify error doesn't work and it says you are offline even though my package data is on

As a first step, can you please let us know the following:

  • Your device mode, OS version and Spotify version.
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app?
  • Does the issue persist when using Wi-Fi?
