Hello,
Basically on the Android app, I tried going to Favorite Songs, but no download button on there?
On other playlists, there is one, however I can add songs to "Favorite Songs" by clicking the + inside the song, so I want those which I click + on, to be automatically saved.
This works out for my friend just fine...

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling? It could be a glitch!

It actually goes back to what it should be after reinstalling, but then after 1 min it goes to the newer look which I can download my entire library in.

Keep in mind that to listen to content offline without an internet connection, you need to be on a Premium subscription.
If so, we'd recommend trying a clean reinstall of the app on your device. However, this time, make sure to follow the steps below for a clean reinstall instead:
If that doesn't do the trick, let us know if this occurs in a different device.
It'd be also helpful if you could share a screenshot of how the app looks for you with the button missing. Just make sure that no sensitive/private info is displayed.

I did this, nothing changed. There's still no download button.

Could you confirm that your account has an active Premium subscription? While Free users can download podcast episodes, downloading music is limited to Premium users only.
Make sure also that you're logged in to the right account as it's possible that you logged in to an old Free account or accidentally created a new one. You can check out this article on how to tell if you have multiple Spotify accounts.
