no "storage" option in menu

hi have tried all the install remove reinstall format stuff i can find nothing works still no storage option . My phone is running android version 4.1.2 is that the problem i wonder

You'll be running an older version of spotify which possibly doesn't include the storage option. Try deleting the cache from spotify settings, log back in and play some music. With luck you should now see a folder on your SD card /android/data/com.spotify.music.

If not, let me know and I'll give you some more involved instructions to try.

Hi have done that and left to down load last night and checked this morning
and success have loaded to SD card but get to work and discover it won't
play while offline went to download tonight and just wants to put it back
on internal storage
