only a white screen showing when installed on android phone

hi

my problem is I recently had my htc v fixed,  so I installed spotify back on to my phone.  It said it was successful.  When I opened it all I get is a white screen.  I have uninstalled it and reinstalled a couple of times but same problem.   Anyone here had the same problem Helppp
