playlist names disappearing + clean reinstalls don't help

My Question or Issue

Playlist names disappear either on the side bar or when adding songs to playlists on PC.

On mobile, playlist names disappear when editing anything other than the playlist name (so cover photo, description).

On both PC and Android I cannot edit my playlist descriptions and covers. If I edit pre-existing playlists those details just disappear too. 😞

I haven't been able to edit my playlists properly for months, and I have reached out to the Twitter @Spotifycares many times but the process seems to go in circles. I have done clean reinstalls, logged out and logged in ( with the log out of all devices option) and none of those seem to work. It's been really hard to organize music, please can someone shed some light on my situation?
