premium to download local files?

Suddenly I can't download my local files to my HTC! Do I need premium for that all of a sudden? I've managed just fine up until now with spotify free :S

Strange......someone else has just reported the same issue on a HTC One. Could you please try doing a clean reinstall on your mobile device.

I've been saying the same thing for months. I have a Samsung Transform Ultra and everytime I try to re-sync my music (I just did a clean wipe on phone) I keep getting the message that I need premium even though Its all local PC content and I'm wifi connected.
