problem s8 not searching(keep searching) and volume low

My Question or Issue

 i have sinds a long tine a problem with my s8.

i cant search anymore i get the circle and it stays searching but dpesnt do anything.

the items in my list can i open and play.

i habe done everything i can. oa

total reset. memory clear both ways.

clear chace in spotify. habe contacted my provider kpn. they havent got a problem. 

what can i do? 

also theres a known iseu whit the vplume. al apps are louder then the spotify app. w why is that?

al settings have i tried.

hello. done that 2 times. for 1 day it works than it goes wrong again.i have also cleaned the cache . installed program again.

it only happens on my s8. the s7 tab e and the lenovo tab 4 havent got the problem.

but i am thinking further. i have installed:

spotify neutron poweramp samsung player .

i can uninstal one of them maybe they have isseus with each other.

theres also one thing . i have spotify included with my provider kpn.

Hey @Steffen14, 

Have you tried switching between Wifi's and 3G/4G? Does it make any difference? 

Also, make sure you don't have offline mode turned on. Check the steps here to find that option.

Lastly, something might've happened with your offline music which interferes with your search function. We suggest that you go to your account page and remove all offline devices. 

Let us know how it goes, and get back with a screenshot if it's still not working.
