quality sound in my earphone

hello guys 

i hope i will find who can help me with this issue

and from the beggining i am sorry for my english it is not quite good

i have note 5 and recently i updated to the latest virsion something called marshmellow i guess

and as i remember the quality sound become really bad .. i went to setting and i found that it is automaticly adjusted .. i made it  extreme quality but it is still too bad and sometims the quality all the sudden increase for like 2 second then go down to low quality

if any of you guys had this one and know how to fix it that would be amazing if i got the answer
