Hey @adxmque,

Thanks for reaching out.

This is currently being investigated by our tech team, but in the meantime, can you try some basic troubleshooting like logging out and back in a couple of times and performing a clean reinstall of the app?

Also, please check if the same happens in the web player or on a different device.

Cheers,

Hi, thanks for the update.
On the Android side, I'll try reinstalling the app to see if it fixes the bug.
As for the other clients, there's no issue when I listen to Spotify on my desktop Windows (Win32 direct installer version), and I don't have any iOS devices to test, so I assume the issue is only occur on Android side.

Update: I reinstalled Spotify on my Android phone and it still occurs intermittently, as I switched the playback back and forth between phone and laptop thru Spotify Connect

Hey @adxmque,

Thanks for all the info you shared with us.

Our tech team made some changes backstage, and now this should be fixed. Would you mind checking if this is still happening to you? If yes, please send us the exact Spotify version you're running.

We'll be around!
