"Other apps" storage

My Question or Issue

When i go into my spotify storage there is a download percentage, a cache one, and a "other apps" one that i dont know what it means and it is the percentage that is occupying the most storage (19.1 GB). I went to settings, apps, spotify and deleted all the data, the downloads and cache was erased but the other percentage im talking about is still there. I also tried deleting the app and download it again and still that percentage is there. I dont know where is from, how to solve it, eliminate it, or whatever.
