Android app loading endlessly, green spinner

Hi,

Recently the Spotify App on my Android phone has been really buggy. For some albums, or some search queries, the green spinner will appear indefinitely. It seems that anything that is NOT in the cache makes the app run into issues. I have tried rebooting but to no avail. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which fixed the problem but it came back about two weeks later.

I am using Spotify version 8 4 79 630 on an Axon 7 running Android 7 1 1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
