"Unfortunately, Spotify has stopped."

I did a factory reset on my phone the other day for unrelated reasons and I have done much research and tried everything (I think) to get it to work but when I click the app it just comes up with "Unfortunately, Spotify has stopped. I have tried:

Deleting and reinstalling it again

Deleting cache and data

Taking out the SD card (I discovered it was not working so I have not put it back in)

Rebooting my phone

I have tried most of the above numerous times and soon I may have to resort to deezer or something! An act that would make me very sad.
