"don't play this" button

I updated spotify to latest version.

Ok: it's a mess, the worst You ever done. 

I can't manage my playlists. 

But I just want to focus on that "don't play this" button: what does it mean? Does it delete song from playlist? Does it block any song from that artist? Does it block that song in every playlist?  Is it a simple dislike for your AI?

And the heart button? Is it for your AI? 

Anyway: just go back to your previous interface.. Keep it simple. I just want to play music. LET ME CHOSE WICH SONG EASILY...
