samsung note 3 stuck in offline mode

i have a samsung note 3. I went offline with the device. I am unable to get back online . my screen says "you're offline." "please connect to the unternet and try again" "spotify is currently set to offline " this problem has persisted for weeks and i have no way to reconnect to the internet. should i uninstall and reinstall? i assume i would need to redownload all my playlists if i do so.. correct? any other possibilities??

Were you able to toggle off the offline switch in spotify settings and do you have a working internet connection? If the answer to both is "yes" and you are using wifi, try turning off wifi in the phone for a minute then turn it back on. Let's leave reinstalling for now as you will lose your downloaded music.

i caannot toogle it back online. the screen is non-responsive except for choosing playlist, rsadio, home, etc.

Ah. Try restarting your phone then see if you can pop spotify back online. If that doesn't work, teinstallation is the only option. Follow this guide.
