As a first step, can you please let us know the following:

• Your device model, OS version, and Spotify version.
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app?
• Does the issue persist on other devices using your account or on your device using a different account? How about a different internet connection?

I use a Samsung Galax Note 8 (SM-N950F) running Stock Android 9 provided by Samsung. Since posting the Question, I reset the while Phone and rrinstalled everything, but the error still persists.

Other WiFi Networks do not help. I have not yet tried switching Accounts or Devices.

Thanks for getting back to us with this info.

Would it be possible to check with the account of a friend or a family member? Also, please go through your phone's settings (mainly the Device Care section) and make sure that the Spotify app is not being restricted/optimized.
