spotufy premium android

Hi , hi already have a premium account, as i can see on my pc browser.
Since i formatted my cellphone spotify app doesn't want to recognize my account as premium...i can't understand.
On pc everything is ok, next payment on 11/11/2017----

Clearing the app cache, and reinstalling the latest version of Spotify. Since your Premium subscription is active and the next payment is already scheduled, your account should still have Premium access once the correct account is recognized on your device....😊
