voice search in galaxy watch active 2 doesn´t works in standalone mode

My Question or Issue

hi, does anyone know why my galaxy watch active 2 voice search don´t works when im in standalone mode?? . when i pick SEARCH the watch says ¨tap and say something like: ¨beyonce¨, ¨Thriller¨, ¨Jeff´s Playlist¨. then i ¨click¨ and talk to say some artist o band, something simple like nirvana for example and then i ¨click¨ the boton thats says tap to stop and only appears ¨we ´re sorry, we didn´t hear that.¨.

why is happening that?, does anyone know how to fix it??, is the same happening to someone?, please help me =(
