why offline mode on mobile does not work offline

I am a fitness instructor, and I purchased the premium membership because it presummed of being available offline, ends up that i get it on my mobile device, and I cant listen to my playlists offline because spotify requires me to login, and if there is no internet how can I login???? IM UPSET!

Hey there!

You need to download your playlists first via Internet (wifi or 3G) and then you can listen those Offline.
