I am currently trying to create a new account for my family, and when I try and enter their email (which isn't linked to a spotify account) it states that it already is an account. Is there any way to fix this?

Hmm, that's weird.

Maybe you can track the account through a password reset. Otherwise, you'll need to use a different email address in order to connect the family member to Spotify Family.

When I try and use a different email, It still occurs with the same error.

Are you sure that the email used never been associated with a Spotify account?

If yes, try to use another device or browser while doing this to see if that makes a difference. ^^
