Any way to get the old version on Desktop? Revert latest update?

I had to reinstall Spotify recently on my desktop and noticed they had made some really unfortunate UI changes that make the app very uncomfortable to use, there also seems even less functionality in the settings area.

Is there some place I can get the old version of the desktop app? I don't want to have to cancel our subscription, but this cluttered, bubbly UI isn't really usable.
