I used the app for years and all of a sudden it didn't open any longer. Deleted the app, enough free space on phone, phone new start, log out ...Tried it but no app. It blinks one time and all I'm looking at is the green logo 😞

Hey guy's you have to look to be the original app not forme a Internet page. When the phone/network is slow it take a time. When is a issue by the router is you can open the port's. Normally is the problem not by the port's, check the settings forme the app the app need permissions like on the storage.
At first guy's look at the permissions😅 it sound like at permissions problem.
I tried several times from the app store. The problem was there all of a sudden after years of no problems.

When you have a android or ios. I can only say how is workin on android....
You go on the system settings form the phone anyway. And go on your apps search for spotify..... and look at the permissions check all allowed to be secure is not this issue.

i mean:
Settings (is frome your phone a app. Not the settings frome the spotify app) -> apps -> there you finde the spotify app -> (my system in not English) i mean is calling permissions -> you have to allowing all permission to working spotify finely with all features.

You have check the permissions, delete the data from the app, and have reinstall the app original app frome apple/google store?
This are the fixes fore the app on your phone.
Check the firewall and the port's forme the router.
Check when is the issue the problem by the router is and try mobile data.
No idea what else to try. I read in reviews they dud an update the 13th of July and a lot more users are experiencing the same problem.
