Audio web environment

Hi,
One of my clients has the following question.
He wants a website where he would make his own text audio files (organized into albums) available to subscribers. I mean ...
1.) Purchase a subscription to this album on a website (own audio only)
2.) The subscriber can access the audio files through his profile
3.) Audio files would be streamed from Spotify.
4.) Each album on Spotify would not be public, only available to subscribers. (For example, in the case of Vimeo, it can be restricted so that only visitors from the website can open the file)
Is such a solution possible at Spotify?
