Block Push notifications from Spotify Blend

When a random "influencer," like Anna Sitar pushes a Spotify Blend to your device, there should be an option to block such notifications. This is very similar to the Drake debacle of 2018 and it is not wanted.

What can I do if I didn’t know that and Spotify showed me the pop up? I’m now in a Playlist with Anna Sitar and I can’t leave the Playlist.
