Can't download playlist

Hi,

Yesterday I tried to download a playlist when I got a message that the limit for the unit is reached and that I need to remove all downloads from another unit to be able to listen offline with the unit I used. After that all my downloads disappeared on this unit.

So I removed all downloads from another unit but that didn't help.

After that I logged out from all my units but that didn't help either.

What should I do?

Did you find out? Am having the same issue and can't figure it out 😞
