Upside Down Playlist Algorithm Problems

I've been using the Upside Down Playlist feature since -pretty much- it launched, around a year ago. The last few months, it seems that the algorithm that is used to generate the playlist is bugged or gets false data (a lot of music from genres I don't listen to at all). At first, I thought that maybe someone had logged in to my account, but, after both logging out of every device and changing my password, the problem remained. Does anyone else have the same issue? Is there any way to solve this?
