Can't remove offline devices

I recently got my backpack and got all my devices stolen (laptop, tablet and phone) and when I try to download content on my new devices I get the error message that I cannot download offline content because I have exceeded the maximum amount of devices. How can I remove all devices associated with my account? Obviously I cannot log out my stolen devices...
