Daily Drive Region/Language Settings

I live in Germany but don't want German-speaking content. Can I change the Region/Language of the Daily Drive and Wellness playlists?

I have the exact same problem. App configured to English, but I live in The Netherlands, thus I get a Daily Drive with a bunch of Dutch speaking content, which is useless to me. I was really eager to try the Daily Drive playlist for my morning commute!
