Help Logging in

Hi everyone, I have a premium spotify account. When I got a new phone it did not log into that account. I accidentally created a new one... I can't seem to get logged into the old one now... any suggestions?

When you created your first account, did you use a 3rd party login (e.g. Facebook, google, Apple)? This happens to me on other platforms all the time. Even if you sign in using the same email from a google login, the app may register it as an entirely separate account.

Note: I'm no tech wiz but this is just my experience.
