Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

Unfortunately, at the moment there isn’t a way to see who is following your playlist on Spotify. However, there is currently a Live Idea for being able to view followers of your playlists; if this is something you’re interested in, I would recommend adding your +VOTE to the idea (even though its current status is “Not Right Now”).

The more votes an idea gets, the likelier it is that Spotify will implement it, and you can read more about how feedback on ideas reaches Spotify here.

The high number of votes for the idea is a great indication that this is a desired feature.

Even though it's not planned as a critically important update, the idea has been taken into account and there is a very high probability that it will eventually be implemented whenever more critical updates are addressed.
